The Idaho Whitewater Association (IWA) seeks comment from its membership on the proposed bylaw amendments.
The proposed bylaw amendments will allow the board of directors to make decisions electronically, through virtual meetings, email, and text messages when an in-person meeting is inconvenient. Additionally, inapplicable content will be removed.
Written comments on proposed bylaw amendments will be accepted through April 3, 2024, at 5:00 p.m. MDT. The bylaws may be amended or adjusted in the future, in which case, IWA may provide additional membership comment opportunities.
