SELLER/VENDOR LOADING ZONE INFORMATION
THE LOADING ZONE IS ACCESSED FROM BACKSTRETCH DR OFF GLENWOOD STREET(FOLLOW THE SIGNS)
1. What do I need to bring with my Items?
After Registering and listing your items, print your tags and two copies of your Inventory Report and bring one with you to the check-in.
Attach tags securely to your items. Do not staple or place tape over the barcode.
If you cannot securely attach your tags, please bring your PDF Printout of your tickets to the check-in and a volunteer will assist you.
2. What else should I know
ALL ITEMS MUST BE PICKED UP BEFORE 7:00 PM MOUNTAIN TIME ON SATURDAY April 26nd, IF THEY ARE NOT THEY BECOME A DONATION TO THE IDAHO WHITEWATER ASSOCIATION unless prior arrangements are made.
The Idaho Whitewater Assocation nor any of it's board members are responsible for any issues that might arise from this event.
